Felipe San Juan

Felipe has worked in a wide array of product and categories from 1992 to 1998 in Bates in Madrid including Mercedes-Benz España and Mercedes-Benz Portugal. He was then transferred to Miami in 1998, to lead the Bates South East regional office for its Latin American accounts in Latin America. As major projects, Felipe has led all Mercedes-Benz Latina’s brand and retail communication needs across 19 different countries in Latin America. In 2001 Felipe joined DDB Miami and worked on the Volkswagen and Budweiser accounts. He also led all American Advertising Federation’s communication efforts for the 2002 American Advertising Federation’s National Conference. In the US, Felipe’s work was awarded in 2000 and 2002 with a Gold award by Advertising Age for A-Class launch and a Volkswagen corporate campaign in Latino America and with a bronze medal in The New York Festival for A-Class print campaign in 2001.
In 2002 Felipe came back to Madrid to join the independent company Zapping, first as Client Services Director and then as Managing Director and Partner. In 2006, Felipe was offered to become part of the Saatchi & Saatchi family. Reporting to European CEO. Member of Saatchi & Saatchi European board.

Her role is to manage and lead the Spanish team in its execution of YouTube and Google display advertising strategy. Nathalie joined Google in May 2006 as Strategic Partnership Development Manager and took on her current role in January of 2009. Previous to Google Nathalie worked as International Business Development Director at both AdLink and DoubleClick first in New York, then Dublin and finally Madrid. Prior to entering into the digital space she worked in ad sales at the International Herald Tribune. Nathalie is half French and half German and got her BA at Cornell University.
Honda

Jonny cut his teeth at BMW UK managing their advertising campaigns and internet operations.
In 2007 he moved to Honda (UK) and took responsibility for their digital marketing activities, driving forward and delivering their digital strategy, including content creation, technology innovation, social media and Honda TV.
During this period Jonny has delivered Honda's next generation digital platform as well as some of their best loved digital brand campaigns and product launches.
Jonny is also a member of ISBA's Digital Action Group and a member of The Marketing Society.
IBM

Delphine Remy-Boutang is WW Social Media Marketing Manager at IBM Software Group. She joined IBM 10 years ago and held a number of positions including: Brand Marketing Manager, Software Sales, Software Group Communications Manager in the UK. In her current role, she leads efforts in moving IBM Software Group marketing into online and social media marketing, focused on driving innovative marketing capabilities via the web (www.ibm.com). She is responsible for articulating social media marketing plans across Software Group globally and help lead their implementation. Stephane LEE is the co-founder and CEO of Dimelo SA, the web software company editing the Feedback2.0 customer interaction hub.
Feedback2.0 dialog spaces and Dimelo professional services are designed to help customer-driven organizations to get the most of social media and seize its opportunities to improve brand image, product management and customer loyalty, at a fraction of the cost of traditional ways. Stephane has a Computer Science Engineer degree and international marketing MBA. Prior to Dimelo, he co-founded and was COO of the network integration subsidiary of a French public company later bought by Orange Business Services.

His focus is on setting-up a unified internal communictions with harmonized strategy and channels. At the moment, Christian and his team is working on implementing Enterprise 2.0 tools in the company.

Russell is a leading expert on mobile marketing, having overseen thousands of campaigns since 2000. MobHappy, his blog about mobile technology and mobile marketing, is one of the most popular on the web focusing on this area. Before specializing in mobile, he spent over 15 years working in marketing, including advising leading brands such as Coca-Cola, Diageo, Texaco and Mars. In 2000, he was recruited to be Director of Marketing of mobile marketing start up, ZagMe, one of the leading pioneers in mobile advertising and location based marketing. Russell learned about AdMob soon after the launch and joined as its first employee, with the remit of launching AdMob into the EMEA market.

Previously, he participated in the Pan-European roll out of a leading digital marketing services company and took overall responsibility for the strategic direction and financial performance of this company's operations in Spain, Italy, The Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Austria, Portugal and Ireland, managing a team of ca. 120 employees.

Tanya Field joined Telefonica O2 UK as Head of Content for the UK operation. In this role she was tasked with delivering the portal content strategy, managing both third party relationships and in-house content development.
In September 2007 she joined Telefonica Europe as Director – Mobile Data Group with an operational remit to deliver solutions for User Interface, Mobile Advertising and Internet Products and Services across both Telefonica Europe and Telefonica. She is currently delivering leading edge Mobile Internet solutions for the portfolio of Telefonica companies and will deliver a Global Mobile Advertising Solution.
As Director of the Mobile Data Group she is ultimately responsible for determining the 3 year development and delivery plan for global solutions across the above mentioned three workstreams.
Flirtomatic

Matt Dicks joined the mobile social network Flirtomatic in November 2007 and is responsible for business development including sales and customer acquisition marketing globally. Currently he is working on growth opportunities in the US market and ad funded marketing solutions for customer acquisition with Carriers and consumer brands. Prior to joining Flirtomatic he was Managing Director of Mobile for Ministry of Sound London where he established the brands digital and mobile strategy through handset deals, on/off portal branded solutions and content partnerships with global Carriers and digital music stores.
